Introducing Janet Tressler Davis, CCE, IOM, CCEO-AP, President and CEO of the Westerville Area Chamber of Commerce since 1992. Under her leadership, the Chamber has more than doubled in membership, received multiple national and local awards, and expanded its impact through innovative business programs, workforce initiatives, and community engagement. Janet has served in leadership roles at the state and national levels, earning recognition for her contributions to business advocacy and professional development. A lifelong Westerville resident, she is also an active community leader, proud Otterbein alum, and a dedicated wife, mother, and "GoGo" to her granddaughter.
Rachel leads the City of Westerville’s Economic Development team. She is responsible for administering the City’s business retention, expansion and attraction programs and managing economic development and incentive projects. Rachel holds a Master of City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University and is an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB). She serves on the Ohio Chapter of the American Planning Association Board of Trustees Executive Committee, and also serves as Treasurer for the Mid-Ohio Development Exchange (MODE) Board of Trustees.
