Kristy Venne, National Retail Federation

Kristy Venne is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in PK-12 education, workforce development, and community engagement. As the CEO and Founder of Jade Strategies, she leads efforts to develop classroom-to-career custom solutions for organizations. Kristy has held various other district and building leadership roles, including Director of Community Engagement, founding Director of Emerald Campus and Career Education Coordinator. With a unique background in visual arts education and administrative leadership, Kristy is passionate about leveraging creative problem-solving, collaboration, and clear communication to drive success in education and workforce initiatives. She holds a Superintendent License from The Ohio State University, alongside Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Art Education. Kristy lives in Historic Dublin with her husband, two teenage children, and two great danes.

Mark Mousa, Young Professionals Academy Instructor, Dublin City Schools

Mark Mousa is a dedicated educator with 28 years of experience in public schools. For the past eight years, Mark has served as the Coordinator of Dublin City School’s Young Professional Academy at the Emerald Campus, guiding students toward career readiness and professional success. His leadership background includes roles as a Middle School Principal, Middle School Assistant Principal, and High School Assistant Principal, where he focused on fostering academic excellence, student growth, and developing teachers. Passionate about mentorship and experiential learning, Mark remains committed to preparing the next generation for success in an evolving professional and educational landscape
