Dr. Tiffany Crosby, Senior Vice President, Ohio Society of CPAs, Ohio Accounting Talent Network ISP

"Dr. Tiffany Crosby is the Senior Vice President of The Ohio Society of CPAs (OSCPA), where she leads enterprise strategy, organizational development, workforce initiatives, and sales. She is a recognized expert in ethics, leadership, and organizational transformation, serving as one of OSCPA’s premier instructors in these areas. Previously, she was OSCPA’s Chief Learning Officer, overseeing professional development and talent growth strategies. Before joining OSCPA, Dr. Crosby was the Founder and President of Petra Learning LLC, a leadership development and professional training firm. She also spent over thirteen years at Ernst & Young (EY) as an Executive Director in Advisory Risk, where she led internal audit, enterprise risk management, and financial transformation projects, helping companies strengthen governance, improve compliance, and optimize costs. Dr. Crosby is also an adjunct faculty member at Southeastern University, teaching financial management and business leadership. She previously taught financial and managerial accounting at Columbus State Community College. A CPA licensed in Ohio and Pennsylvania, Dr. Crosby earned her B.S.B.A. in Accounting from Duquesne University, an MBA from Franklin University, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Southeastern University.
